This is best done where you have access to full hookups so that the tanks can be filled and drained.

Checklist
- Tires. Check tire condition and air pressure. Get brakes checked and wheel bearings packed.
- Exterior. Check RV exterior and caulking
- Batteries. Check battery water levels and fill with distilled water if needed. Charge and reinstall the batteries.
- Sanitize. Flush antifreeze, Sanitize freshwater system.
- Propane. Fill propane bottles. Use soapy water to check for leaks. Check for leaks at quick connect.
- Air Conditioner. Clean vents on the outside. Clean filters on the inside.
- Vents. Clean vents.
- Fire Detectors. Install fresh batteries.
- Lights. Check all exterior lights.
- Roof. Clean roof. Check all seals.
- Appliances. Check the operation of refrigerator, microwave, furnace, TV, stove, fireplace.
- Lubricate. Lubricate seals on slides, slide tracks, windows, steps, door.
- Wash and Wax.
